We retain and protect your data as long as you use the MyTE service. You can request that we delete your account or remove your data at any time using the contact information below.
Deletions will be processed within 30 days of your request. When we delete your data, we will remove all personal information, but please note that secondary data, such as anonymized usage information from your time on the platform, may not be removed. However, this secondary data will have no further links to your identity or former account.
